Ember & Oak was born from a passion for honest cooking and thoughtful hospitality. Every dish is built around seasonal British ingredients, prepared over open flame and aged wood.
Our cocktail programme draws from the same philosophy — simple ingredients, exceptional execution. From our oak-smoked Old Fashioned to seasonal specials, every drink is crafted with intention.

After a decade at The Ledbury and two years foraging across the Nordic countries, Marcus returned to London with a singular vision: let fire do the talking. His approach strips away unnecessary technique, focusing instead on the raw dialogue between flame and ingredient.
Every morning begins at Borough Market. Every menu tells the story of what was best that day. No freezers, no shortcuts, no compromise.
